I work at a hotel and with it being the slower season sometimes the food goes bad and they can't put bananas out that have spots on them (whatever…) So I took some home and made some banana muffins. You can find the recipe here.
They turned out pretty good, I'm not a huge banana fan but they taste like banana muffins lol! You can be expecting more banana recipes from me :)
